Scored a Tri tip today at Wegman's. Not a common cut in MA. That will go on tomorrow after the 1 pm football game. Tradition dictates today. A bit off-topic since I'm wrestling with a stick burner and wind gusts around 30 mph from about a 90* quadrant. It sure is finicky. Intermittent rain reminds me of why I wanted to take on this challenge...but all in good fun and hopefully great eats.
