Holy Crap Cen-Tex that sauce is outstanding!

@Cen-Tex the sauce is something special. Did not notice just how good it was when VI and I went for the beef ribs. VI and I went to West yesterday (not on the Vespa). This Kielbasa is from Slovacek's in West.
Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Looks good from here! Might want to ckean the grates a bit so the smoke can get through.

The tacos are the best I've ever had. All of them. The brisket is right up there with Franklin, the beef rib is there too and they have it every dayMickey said:
