Simple Christmas for us

Both of us are a little under the weather so we kept it simple at home. Sweet potato for Lora and hashbrown cheese stuff in the cast iron for me. Back to the sofa and Meds.

Wow-where did you get that steak? Looks like wagyu. I like that your "meds" come in a 750ml bottle

That's my 2nd of 3 steaks cut from a Prime bone in rib roast i picked up at HEB a few weeks ago. It was very nice. Especially for about $11 a pound. Easily as good as the high end stuff from you know where. I was shopping for ham when i found this. I rarely find the quality of cut I want when I'm looking for it. It's mostly luck.lol
