An Iron Bowl Feast- WAR EAGLE!
The Iron Bowl can only be celebrated with family, friends, and a nice BGE spread!
2 pork butts went on at 10 PM last night. They are stalled out at 167 (for the last hour). After these two come off... 75 wings go on.
This is my first 'big' cook-keeping my fingers crossed!
