An Iron Bowl Feast- WAR EAGLE!

The Iron Bowl can only be celebrated with family, friends, and a nice BGE spread!

2 pork butts went on at 10 PM last night. They are stalled out at 167 (for the last hour). After these two come off... 75 wings go on.

This is my first 'big' cook-keeping my fingers crossed!

More pics to come.

You keep saying war eagle but you post pics of a tiger. You'd think folks at a farm school could do a better job of animal identification.  =)

Happy eats await you. I'm afraid you will be let down with the outcome of the game. Perhaps some spongecake to soak up all of your tears would be nice.  ;)
