Can we not just recognize this forum for what it is? A place where we get to hang out for free at the expense of BGE (I recognize that as customers we ultimately pay for it).
There is the occasional "glitch" for lack of a better word - but overall there are a lot of good people and good information here such that it is more than worth any minor buffalo issues.
