Bone in prime Ribeye reverse seared.
Been in the weeds lately. Picked up this beast and reverse seared it on the egg. S & P only. Buttered garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. Nothing special but it was great. A celebratory meal that was enjoyed. Thanks for looking. Vanilla order tonight.
