Very nice. Not a lot of lamb eaters in my crowd, but it always looks great. Maybe we just haven't had the right lamb...

Sure... Take a whole head of cauliflower cut the florets from the stem. Then steam until cooked ( don't boil as cauliflower retains a lot of water) once cooked add a stick of butter salt and pepper and blend with an immersion blender to your desired consistency.. We sometimes add cheese for a change. This is a great alternative to potato and esp. if you are following a low carb diet..Legume said:Damn, nailed that cook. But a whole stick of butter does not pair with "diet" in my world. Ha ha ha.johnmitchell said:

Truly and excellent cook, John. Love the crust on the lamb. I am going to try the cauliflower mash, sounds like a great healthy alternative to potatoes. Glad you enjoyed the lamb.

These look great. On a phone so having trouble finding the recipe @JohnInCarolina and @keepervodeflame. Please share. I have some lamb chops to grill tonight. Thanks.

I missed this when it was first posted. Wow, your cooks and photos are always a notch or three above my simple stuff.

Never mind. I made a paste of fresh rosemary and parsley, roasted garlic, salt, pepper, and a little lemon pepper. They are hanging out in the fridge right now.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.
