yet another taco

Slightly taco obsessed lately.
non-BGE cook, but these were good and easy, perfect for a Monday.
Pork sirloin tip roast, covered with a jar of hatch green chile salsa, all day in the crock pot, shredded after a few hours and let it simmer the rest of the day.
After last week's tacos, I ordered a tortilla press and used that to make fresh corn tortillas. Added a little salt and cumin to the masa this time. The press was a game changer, much more even thickness, very easy.

@Legume Great looking tacos - you're on a tear with these!
Since you're into the tacos, this is another worthy addition - makes assembly much easier. I put on the meat and cheese then back on the heat for a bit before adding the room temp items.

I am with you at @Legume it seems lately that i would eat almost anything if it was wrapped in a tortilla. I don't know what it is. Great looking tacos.
