Friday nite shortribs

thawed out some shortribs from the freezer. Indirect for a few hours, then foil pan with beef broth for about an hour and a half. Then back on egg for another hour to set up then glaze. Not my best, but not the worst.

I was just kidding. I made those potatoes and the gravy with the drippings from the ribs. I foiled them with beef broth and then used that for the gravy. Sad thing is my boys would prefer KFC taters and gravy.
