Happy Birthday - You are gonna have fun with it-talk about fire and forget... couple of insights, I find their video recipe time-lines are a little short of actual. Also if you follow their lighting process for your altitude once you install the rebar and the lid (after the correct time) give it another 15-20 minutes to burn off the charcoal lighter residue if not using the chimney method. Enjoy.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
