Hang Dog Ribs

Celebrated our anniversary last night with an amazing 22 course tasting menu at Otoko...but in retrospect the accompanying beverage pairing with a 22 course meal may not have been my best idea. Hanging low today and decided low and slow ribs was the limit of my ambition for the day. Actually turned out great. Instead of mustard base, used Franks Hot Sauce. Sides of watermelon and Bloody Mary Salad.
