Genghis Khan is what my wife and others from Brasil call it. Very popular in parts or Brasil. From what I understand it's part of the Japanese influence (2nd largest Japanese population outside of Japan is in Brasil) down there. My wife's nephew brought in on the plane with him from Brasil for me several years ago. Love it!

Usually you put a big fat piece of bacon on the top for flavor as well as the bacon grease running down the grill. Also, after a while the accumulated grease settles in the bottom and you can "fry" in it. Garlic and pepper is delicious cooked in it.

It hit ten thousand views in less than an hour before ultimately being buffaloed.
