Normally this would be a mini cook but the Guy in Brown Shorts brought me a woo extender, d-grid and a 16" drip pan from CGS and I had to use it.
Chicken quarters rubbed with a mix of BBBR and DD bout 4" or so above felt @ 425ish direct. Don't they look lonely?

Plated with baked beans and slaw

The drip pan is almost to purdy to use but I do like the size of it. Big thanks to @tjv for building quality products for all of us crazy ceramic cookers.
BTW - @lousubcap - I've got a POS BGE extender and a homemade rig going in the trash tonight if your interested. Lol.

Looking good! On the mini you would have to cook 1 quarter at a time.
Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
I've actually gotten 3 quarters on the mini at one time. Lil touching going on but don't doubt the mini and its capabilities.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Only kidding buddy. The mighty mini, as great as it is, has to bow to others at times. Enjoy your new grids my friend. And great looking grub as always.
Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

Looks tasty. Gonna try some leg quarters soon myself.

@Mattman3969 - you will really enjoy the set-up. Platesetter handing is now quite simple. What-no mention of the diamond plate?? Great looking groceries as always.
And I will pass on your too kind offer
