National Filet Mignon Day? Guess I need to have steak.

Who decided this was National Filet Mignon Day? Talk about a made-up holiday.
Anyway, helped me convince wife to have steak (she really didn't need much convincing).
Flannery filet for her and a Flannery dry-aged porterhouse for me.
