Fish Tacos w/ homemade corn salsa

Best fish tacos I have made yet. Roasted the corn and lime for the salsa. Amazing how just a few simple ingredients can deliver lots of flavor. Red snapper for the fish.

Well done! Fish tacos are great this time of year, clean and refreshing. I like garnishes of raw cabbage a squeeze of lime and some cilantro.
