Grilled shrimp...very simple but tasty

Becoming a go-dish lately. Marinated in lime juice/olive oil/lime zest for 15 minutes or so. 400 for a few minutes per side. Served with baked potato, a killer mango salsa, and creamy avocado sauce.

Love grilled shrimp. Those look nice! The wife likes them with EVOO and old bay seasoning...

Nice. We have been doing them shell on so they don't overcook this summer but you just can't get all the flavors and spices in there you want.
Many next run I am thinking about doing them on a flat iron skillet with some Cajun seasoning"Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."
