When my buddies visit drom wi all they want is brisket and pulled pork as they are tired of johnsonville brats and roasted weber kettle corn. I'm right there with you @westernbbq. But funny you say that. I made 4 dozen brats last week for my father in laws stroke staff at the hospital...first brats I've made since a packer game. Forgot how good they are haha.westernbbq said:

Brats are tasty @CheeseheadinAZ. Out your way theres the pork shop near schnepf farms. Go out there at get some brats. Best i ever had.
