Had a 3lb beef tenderloin I was going to cook tonight. Yesterday I decided it had been awhile since I had cooked a butt, so that got added to the menu. Made a few phone calls and got some folks to come help us eat.
I used APL's beef tenderloin recipe, but didn't have chives for the board dressing, so used basil, thyme, oregano, and sage instead. Turned out pretty good, I had seconds. Anyway, I don't feel like writing much, so here's the pictures I got. And I don't feel like ordering them correctly, so we'll let Vanilla decide.

@gonepostal - Nope, that's original Kingsford Blue Bag. I stocked up when it was on sale. Works fine for grilling, and it was cheap.They/Them
