Sriracha glazed grilled chicken kabobs
This was a pretty spicy change of pace. Don't try it if you don't enjoy spicy foods.

Thanks friend. I intended to stuff them with jalapeño, cream cheese, and bacon - but - I was out of bacon... So, I cooked the mushroom I scooped out with jalapeño, onion, and mixed with some mozzarella cheese (what I had handy).bgebrent said:Looks amazing brother! Love spicy and Siracha. You had me at Sriracha. Great looking cook right there. Nailed it.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
