This was a pretty spicy change of pace. Don't try it if you don't enjoy spicy foods.

I made a Mexican styled rice in my new donabe rice cooker, grilled squash, and stuffed mushrooms.

Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Looks amazing brother!  Love spicy and Siracha.  And, what's in those shrooms?  Great plate!

Thanks friend. I intended to stuff them with jalapeño, cream cheese, and bacon - but - I was out of bacon... So, I cooked the mushroom I scooped out with jalapeño, onion, and mixed with some mozzarella cheese (what I had handy).

    I'd eat all of them!

You had me at Sriracha.  Great looking cook right there.  Nailed it.
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
