I am so excited to finally get my Large Big Green Egg!!  My hubby made the table for me and after patiently waiting 2 plus months.....  Did I say patiently…NOT.   It was worth the wait, I love it.  I did my first cook today- Spatchcock Chicken after reading suggestions for a first cook on the Green Egg Forum.  Thank you..It was delicious!!
