I did. The SV function works fine for small volume like a couple of steaks, a bag of carrots, etc.
edit: also, the Bluetooth probe doesn't stay charged long and I forget to plug it up between uses. PITA
I like the NuWave induction top I was gifted while I waited on the firstbuild better. It has better temp selection. I can actually set the temp where the firstbuild has only 1-10 selection.
I bought the Anova mostly so I could try some bigger cuts like multiple racks of beef ribs or brisket. -

Buyer Beware
I bought the first model Anova Precision Cooker two years ago, has less than 150 hours on it and the touchscreen went out. Customer Service said they can't fix it but would give me $10 off a new machine. I wont't buy another AnovaArlington, TX 1 large, 1 medium, 1 Mini Max, and a 22" Blackstone -
Ordered one also. Is there a specific container that I should also order for the cooker?

Bluetooth is a close range connection between devices. Like a wireless headset to your cell phone or your cell phone to your cars stereo.
Wifi is a way to connect to a LAN (Local Area Network) wirelessly and access the resources of that computer network. Most people use wifi exclusivly to get on the internet. I don't have an Anova, but would venture to guess that the blue tooth version connects to a cell phone that is close by or a tablet that is close by. The Wifi version probably lets you connect to the internet, thus allowing control from any computer or "smart device" anywhere.

Any food safe plastic container will work as long as it is deep enough. That is, the min and max amount of water the ANOVA needs to operate in is 2.75" and 6.25".
