Beautiful cook Tom! Awesome presentation! I was going to do ribs last night, but I got held up helping my MIL fix her home.

Thanks Ron. These were, by far, the best ribs I have ever made. I've never foiled before, and the one hour was just right.YukonRon said:Beautiful cook Tom! Awesome presentation! I was going to do ribs last night, but I got held up helping my MIL fix her home.

Looks like it was worth the wait. That is a great looking plate. Are those twice baked potatoes? I really want to try these again. I tried them once but didn't have the finesse and ended up with mashed potatoes with skins.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

@SmokeyPitt, yep, twice baked potatoes are great. I found the recipe on food.com. Very simple and they are great. I just microwave them and then finish on the egg.

I did this for Mother's Day and my ribs turned out great. However, I forgot to sauce. So, Memorial Day ribs will be better! Question: Did you put anything in the foil with the ribs?Jacksonville, Florida - Large BGE & Large Yellow Lab...Just the three of us!

Use beer, white wine, apple juice or apple cider vinegar. I mixed up white wine with apple cider vinegar and put about 1/2 cup in each foil packet.Carlyn2828 said:I did this for Mother's Day and my ribs turned out great. However, I forgot to sauce.
