OT as I didn't fire up the mini for these like usual. Rachel Rays recipe. I'd suggest it for sure.

That looks awesome man. The sourdough English muffin is a cool idea. When I saw the pic it reminded me of the bread they use at Schlotsky's deli (I used to love that place).

Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
That's the one. It's really good and a nice change up from the daily foods. If you make it I would make sure you don't pulse the veggies too hard in the food processor.
