Beef and pork coffee rubbed sliders
Legume
Posts: 15,938
50/50 beef and pork sliders. Ancho chile caramelized onions, hatch peppers, crumbled cotija and coffee rub mixed in. No blackstone and it's raining, so cooked in a CI pan on the gasser side burner.
Served on Hawaiian rolls with some Whataburger jalapeño ranch and dillapeno relish. These were really good, the fat from the pork and the cotija and onions keep the burgers really moist.

Thanks, will def do this again. I made two pounds of these and froze a bunch.
@Thatgrimguy yes, definitely smashed them, but not super thin, they were pretty loose with all of the stuff added. They were 1/2" + thickTHANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER -
