Things just happen and sometimes they are just great!

Saturday Kay and I were cooks at the Nature Coast Eggfest in Homosassa FL, we cooked a breakfast corn bread, pulled pork pizza's and Kay's world famous easy apple cake. It's and awesome fest held at Natures Resort RV Park and this was our second year cooking and staying in our RV at the park that is located on the Homosassa River. After cooking all day with some of the best people in Eggdom it was time for the Mini Max raffle that every attendee had a ticket for! guess who's number was pulled? Yep it was our number so we finished of the weekend loading up our new Mini Max! What a great time we had. Our next Eggfest is the soon to be famous NC Butt Blast and then the Georgia Mountain Eggfest in Hiawassee on the shores of Lake Chatuge at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds. Oh and the picture makes it real!!!!!!
