Mac n Cheese Stuffed Chicken Wings

Just got done prepping them. Pumped them full of mac n cheese, sprinkled them with baking powder and seasoned with Caribeque Island Thyme. They'll be hitting the egg once they have time to air dry in the fridge for awhile.

Stay tuned for the grand finale.

Nice man! When you say stuffed, is the M&C put under the skin or did you create a small pocket in the wing? Under skin I'm guessing...Sandy Springs & Dawsonville Ga

Nope, pumped full!bgebrent said:Nice man! When you say stuffed, is the M&C put under the skin or did you create a small pocket in the wing? Under skin I'm guessing...
It was actually not hard at all. 2 Fat 2 Fly is a local food truck in Columbia that has recently gotten famous for their stuffed wings. They won't give out their method for stuffing them though. The method I just came up with works well and it is pretty easy. Make a slit in the wing, put your finger in the hole and sorta work the meat off the bone a little on the inside (get your mind outta the gutter
). Then I took my jerky gun and pumped Mac n Cheese into each wing. Worked like a charm!

Just prepped the "drizzle" for the end. A mix of Peach Hot Sauce and some fresh local honey. A friend of mine has his own bee boxes and gave me some honey. Need to ask him for more. Good stuff.
