Start brining them now- you can work out the recipe later. Brine will help anyway you cook them.Greensboro, NC

Good advice. Brine is the way to go. With today's modern almost fat free pork I need all the help I can get to keep it from turning out dry.Wolfpack said:Start brining them now- you can work out the recipe later. Brine will help anyway you cook them. -
I like my chops bone in porterhouse style. Basic lawry's with some cherry wood smoke. Easy and delicious“There are three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who has the same first name as a city; and never get involved with a woman with a tattoo of a dagger on her body.”

Still the best I've ever made. I have stopped tying other ways. This is it for me.Keepin' It Weird in The ATX FBTX -
Smoked these for an 1.5 hours at 275-300. I stoked them in a brine first then seasoned with BBQ rub and a little Montereys. Can't wait to eat them.Dmcak.
