Made some beef ribs direct as our first cook. I'll worry about the indirect set up when we get back. They turned out good, cooking with Scoot was awesome though...
Going to do some ahi tuna steaks later on a flat Lodge pan I picked up.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

Last day of vacation for me, I wish a MM was part of it. We went camping and the gas grill just isn't the same. Nice photo of your daughter, a MM would be a perfect start for both of mine as well!

It's first day of spring vacation for me. Don't see a minimax in my immediate future but I already have a small.
You made quick work of figuring it using the smaller draft door and such. Food looks fantastic as always Hap. Enjoy you time with the family!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season. -
