Cast Iron Cottage Pie

Good thing Monte and Chet, and the boys will be in shortly or I would have made too much.

I just cannot regulate casseroles, pasta, or any pot cooks.  I always make three times too much.

I could have done this all on the Egg but the benefit to inconvenience ratio is just not there for putting it together, so I start in the house.  Ground chuck browned with onions and garlic.  Set to drain and brown smoked sausage (The Spouse like kielbasa) then recombine.  Add mixed veggies and gravy them top with mashed potatoes.

Let rest awhile then reheat on the BGE to collect some smoke.
