Smoke roasted chops w/ orange wood on the SBGE

Seasoned with fresh cracked blacked pepper and sea salt yesterday and into the fridge. Was gonna be last nights dinner but plans got changed so these dry marinated for about 30 hours. Smoke roasted on the small raised direct at 375 until IT of 145. These were really tasty. 



That one in the center was nearly 3" thick.
