The first swallow reminded me of Gatorade. After that it was pretty awful.

Been down that road more than twice. Props for getting the procedure done. I don't think I could pound as many beers as the prep deal requires.
But I have learned that not all prep processes are the same. There any many choices for the deal-some much less liquid based than others. Not that that changes anything right now. Doctor driven for sure. Good luck.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -

Drinking that stuff is nasty for sure. This will be about 20 of them I've had now over the years. @henapple when I first started having to do this procedure many yrs ago they didn't offer sedation. If they are knocking me out bring it on. The best part is counting down from 10 to 8, then nighty night.Mckinney, TX

I would offer comments on why @henapple goes w/o sedation but they would likely bring the wrath of the buffalo quite quickly

The test is over and the results were good. My Crohn's disease is in remission for the first time in yrs. It's back to eating. Couple of NY strips with brussel sprouts, onions and balsamic glaze. More to follow.

Hey I just had an annual physical, that I've put off for two years; and the good looking Nurse Peactitioner tells me it's time for over 50 colonoscopy. Kinda ackward speaking to her about it, but it's a necessary thing.
