I had to pass this time around. We're out of freezer space though I would have worked it out somehow. But I have only cooked 1 brisket, and while it came out tasting great, I fought it the entire cook during cold, windy weather. Even with the %15 extra discount, I should be able to buy 2 Costco Prime Packers for the same or less $$$$. Think it best to get a few more under my belt before putting that much into one piece of meat. Maybe next time if SRF has another sale, I'll feel confident enough to try one. That picture sure was enticing though.
