Assuming it's still open- they had duck fat fries too. Used to go to Bueno Sera and Teak a lot. Haven't been in at least a year or more.

@rblarrcpa That is the only way I cook steaks these days, reverse searing thick pork chops and steaks is full proof. If you do not already have a dual probe wireless thermometer, you should look into picking one up. It makes reverse searing a breeze, monitoring the internal temp of the meat and the temp on the grate with out having to open the lid is awesome!rblarrcpa said:
