Wok n Roll Fantasy

Taking a page from my little buddy @Sardonicus , and thought I'd be more playful with my posts. Well, not taking it to his level by no means, but having a little fun none the less.
As the title notes, it's my Wok n Roll Fantasy with the tip of the hat to Bad Company....
https://youtu.be/5eQGqUfKbzk
Not really a "Roll" in this cook, and really isn't a fantasy, just an ordinary cook really. An egg roll would have been good though.
Didn't follow a recipe, I'll call this... Steak Stir Fry. Took a while to really think of a name of that one.
Okay, back to the post.
Flank steak slicked thinly. Fresh ginger and garlic with some sesame oil and low sodium soy sauce for a simple marinade.
Veggies were: Green onions, asparagus, onion, green bell pepper
Sauce: Low sodium soy sauce (3-4 TBS), dijon mustard (w/honey)(2 tsp), honey (TBS), brown sugar (2-3 TBS), white wine vinegar (splash), salt and pepper (to taste), green onion (top of one), ginger (1-2 tsp), garlic (1-2 tsp).
Couple tablespoons water with cornstarch for thickening.
The pictures:
1 - Ingredients. Man my table is filthy.

2 - Veggies getting happy. Canola oil and sesame oil, added garlic and ginger to this mixture too.

3 - Everyone getting happy now. Before sauce.

4 - All done!

5 - Plated with Jasmine rice, green onion garnish.

Thanks for taking a look at my Wok n Roll Fantasy.
Rev. 1 - Added other ingredients to the sauce list.

Positioning is the key! Didn't really pay much attention. We were all hungry. I plopped it down and snapped the picture and went on with the bid-ness.------------------------------

Hey Matt, can't remember if you commented before about the handles on your wok. If you were starting from scratch, would you go for he wooden handles or the double bail-type handles that are more common? Why?
