    Right on man!  I do like playing with flavors of natural. Is this a rub recipe you've been tuning out or been using it awhile?  I'm just about to start growing some more potted herbs. Now if we could just pass some legislation in the Sunshine State. And yes I'd try anything once. Imagine purple kush as a garnish :smiley:

    This was developed a couple years ago for smoked salmon, and we found it works well on pork and wings.
