First Tritip

Little Dizzy Dust then smoked at 250 to an internal temp of 120.  Pulled and egg temp up to 650, then seared on each side for a minute. After sear IT 138.  Us Okies are not real familiar with tritip, but this was excellent. Looking forward to the next one.
