    Can you explain Scallion Oil?  Was this an infusion?

    @RedSkip for the scallion oil, I added EVOO to a sauce pan with green onions, garlic, ginger and red pepper flakes and cooked on medium heat for about five minutes, the strained it so only the oil was left.
