I have bunk space in Brokeback Cabin. I'm solo, wife isn't coming. Might be a chilly night in April.
Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here. Very Extremely Stable Genius. -
Oh, and some hints from my "no alcohol" events with Cub Scout and Indian Princess campouts...keep vodka in water bottles, dark liquor in tea bottles or syrup container, white wine in green tea bottles, etc. Match the liquid to an innocuous bottle.Richmond and Mathews County, VA. "Chefs" are just people who are cooking but not bringing a cooker. We have a total of 10 people cooking. And probably 5 eggs, 2 giant smokers, a large griddle and a deep fryer. I'm going to do my Pulled Pork Pillows and will probably bring many sets of SV'd spares as a backup in case we run into supply issues.

I'm doing an entire Competition and using ya'll as my mock judges. So in my shirley will be 2 butts, 1 brisket, 6 racks of ribs and lots of chicken!
