Apple and Goat Cheese Stuffed Pork Tenderloins

I am new to the BGE and the forum, been grilling and smoking most of my meals for years. Now I get to step my game up with the egg. So this is my first post.
Pork tenderloins

One stuffed with spinach, mushrooms, onion, bacon and queso fresco

The other bacon wrapped, stuffed with apples and goat cheese.
This one was worth sharing. It is on the right.

Crumbled goat cheese

Red delicious apple

Parsley

Sage

Garlic

Honey

Salt

Pepper

Bacon wrap whole stuffed tenderloin

Thanks, I could have eaten the whole thing. The Egg is my new BFF, my other grill and smoker are so jealous right now and my oven has become a food warmer/storage device!!!

tarheelmatt I do believe it was a whole pork loin (I'll edit the title). I was cleaning out the freezer and just opened it up (didn't read the package just the date I wrote on there), I was expecting one of the double tenderloin packs, instead had a big'ol hunk-o-meat. I was pleased with the results.
