My coldest egging was -11º and that wasn't wind chill either. But then there are trade offs to cold weather egging...

I tried smoking at absolute zero but the Bose-Einstein condensate effectively shut down all smoke (problem is with the gas).

At absolute zero?  Does the thermapen read to single digit Kelvin?  Must have taken a long time to light the egg since all matter effectively stops moving.

-273F.  Come to think of it, that fire did take forever to start.

    I'm certainly being pedantic, but it's -459.7F, -273.15C.  0 Rankine or Kelvin.

-10 f. The main reason I got an egg was for the stability year round. The Weber Kettle went thru the Kingsfird like a champ in the winter.

If egging stopped in cold weather us Canadians would only ever cook in July/August.

In south florida... This one time it got down to like 43F at night... I had to wear a jacket... And pants... It was terrible... I was worried about my egg being all alone it in the cold that night.
