Thanks... I am trying to remember. If my memory serves me right, I put a dab of butter in a hot skillet and added the fresh cracked pepper, let that go for about a minute, added a dollop of brandy and flamed that, then took off the heat and added double thick cream, and a pinch of salt and back on the heat to thicken..WAHOO_EGGER_CVILLE said:That looks amazing....what was the sauce, and if you don't mind sharing how did you make it?Greensboro North Carolina
