It was Butternut squash which I am sure would be the same as Acorn anyway. I put them on an hour before the steak, so I would say possibly about 2 hours total, I did keep checking on them. I ran the egg indirect at about 350/375 dome. Thanks and have a great Sunday.

Thanks..They are Weber disposable pans and I get them from Walmart or Lowe's Home Improvement..about $4 for 4..Thanks again.

Thanks... I am trying to remember. If my memory serves me right, I put a dab of butter in a hot skillet and added the fresh cracked pepper, let that go for about a minute, added a dollop of brandy and flamed that, then took off the heat and added double thick cream, and a pinch of salt and back on the heat to thicken..
