Simple Chop

Decided to grill a chop tonight to go with New Year leftovers. 11/2 inch chops with some Dales and Dizzy Dust. Grilled at 550 degrees direct and pulled when internal was 145.. Thanks for looking.

I love Dales. I cook with it all the time. Soaks into chicken very quick. Fairly quick in pork chops but steaks can take a good soaking.Morristown TN, LBGE and Mini-Max.

Very juicy chop.

For steak and pork I marinade up to 2 hours. Just drizzle over protein on both sides. Chicken soaks it up pretty fast. Never go over 45 min. I love it on all three.pgprescott said:
