Santa brought me some DP Swamp Venom...I've heard good things, what are some of your favorite uses?

I like it on pork, but if you like heat, go heavy handed. It has some bite in there, but I think it needs a lot.

I use it for wings. I mix roughly 2 - 1 with cornstarch and really lay it on heavy. Also really good on pork chop but like @theyolksonyou said if you want heat you gotta lay it on heavy.

Like others have said I like the kick it gives to wings. I also have used it to heat up an otherwise bland Bloody Mary mixer. Why not do the wet finger taste test to get an idea of the heat packed there? Obviously a dry taste will be different than a cooked application, but you'll get some idea.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time!

I love, love, love Swamp Venom ... pretty much put it on anything and everything that goes on my egg. Don't be afraid of it .. grab it and shake.

I got 3 different kinds of BACON!!! Pepper coated, Hickory Smoked and Spicy Jerk.

+ one on the wings. I also mix it with the dust if I want a little heat. I've found most of the DP line mixes well together.I know all the rules, but the rules do not know me.
