thanks to Piney, I cooked a BGE Demonstration at Fresh Cuts in Asheboro, NC today. I cooked Tomato Pies, Sausage Balls, Pizza, Meatballs, Chicken Tenders, 1 1/2 " Pork Chops, and Ribeyes. EVERYTHING turned out perfectly! I learned it ALL from Piney! Thank you, Gary Woods!

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
