I got distracted from football this afternoon, watched the long, but excellent documentary on Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers (Palladia).  Highly Recommended!

Palladia has been playing Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers all weekend, have left it on in the background.

@GATraveller - love Sturgill, saw him twice last year.  I love how spaced out the guitarist is in that clip, but I prefer the playing here:

He's great. I haven't seen him yet but he did play here in Atlanta last night. I can guarantee you I'll be there next time he comes around. Just some good old country that reminds me of when I was young unlike the rest of the garbage they play on the radio nowadays.

I have noticed the resent Volvo commercial over the last several months. The woman singing ( Audra Mae) has a great strong voice and I was intrigued. So I googled "Volvo Commercial Song" & its a band from Sweden, Song is "Feeling Good"
I believe the song was written in the late 60's but can't confirm at this time.
Here is 2 different cuts. Enjoy.....

@GATraveller - I don't think he's as country as Sturgill but you should definitely also check out Jason Isbell if you haven't:
