Cooked this thanksgiving turkey for a friend. I wanted to spatch it but she wanted it whole for presentation. Didn't get to taste it but was told it was great.
13 lb brisket. Results were good for a select grade brisket.
Used the leftover flat to make a nice big pot of brisket chili
Dizzy Pig meal. Raging river on the salmon and Pineapple head on the pineapple.
Cooked my first ever prime rib last night. This was outstanding. Augusta, GA

I can't agree more with what brother @SGH said. Wow, fantastic work.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Good looking cooks. I especially like your choice of sauce for the brisket. Rudy's is one of our regulars ... little hard (expensive) to get outside of the Southwest though.

I agree. Love the Rudys sauce on brisket. I started my career in southern Texas and would eat there several times a week. I picked up a bottle of the sauce on a recent woek trip to Houston.Augusta, GA
