We had a small Christmas party last night. The menu was apps and a bunch of cookie making afterwards.
I made stuffed chicken breast with a honey,soy glaze on the mini,stuffed shrooms on the small and BBQ shrimp on the large. Thanks for the shrimp recipe @sgh & @nolaegghead. No egg shots because it was too dark

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
